AcroMetrix CT/NG Control (IVD, CE-IVD)

Assess the performance of nucleic acid test procedures for the qualitative determination of Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG) nucleic acids in swab and urine patient specimens with Thermo Scientific™ AcroMetrix™ CT/NG Control. For verification of an effective nucleic acid extraction procedure, the AcroMetrix CT/NG Control contains intact, inactivated C. trachomatis and N. gonorrhoeae. Routine use enables laboratories to monitor day-to-day test variation, lot-to-lot performance of test kits, and operator variation. The control is for In Vitro Diagnostic Use.
