A sterile, liquid medium for the culture of human epidermal keratinocytes. Medium 154CF is Medium 154 prepared without calcium chloride. Calcium chloride is provided as a separate component with each bottle of medium. This basal medium requires the addition of HKGS (S-001-5) or HKGS Kit (S-001-K) prior to use.
