Gibco™ AmnioMAX™ C-100 Supplement is part of a kit used to prepare a fully-supplemented Gibco™ AmnioMAX™ C-100 Complete Medium developed for the short term culture of human amniotic fluid cells for cytogenetic studies and in vitro diagnostic procedures.

Formato de uso sencillo: El medio completo AmnioMAX C-100 Gibco es un kit de dos partes para la preparación de un medio completo que no requiere suplementos adicionales. El medio completo puede almacenarse entre 2 y 8 °C durante un máximo de diez días

  • Calidad y pruebas de rendimiento
  • Cada lote del medio completo AmnioMAX C-100 Gibco se ha probado en un laboratorio de citogenética de referencia certificado en EE. UU. para garantizar un rendimiento superior en todo momento
  • Las muestras de líquido amniótico humano primario agrupadas se cultivan durante seis días en el medio completo AmnioMAX C-100 Gibco antes de medir el número total de colonias y el número total de colonias mitóticas
  • Además, cada lote se somete a pruebas de esterilidad, pH y osmolalidad
  • Formulación única y optimizada
  • El medio completo AmnioMAX C-100 Gibco contiene suero bovino fetal (SBF), gentamicina y L-glutamina para maximizar la fijación y el crecimiento celular
