Use the ß-Glucuronidase Enzyme with the Thermo Scientific™ CEDIA™ Benzodizepine Assay for enhanced sensitivity of parent drug by hydrolyzing the glucuronide metabolites. Hydrolysis removes the glucuronide part of the molecule so the parent drug can be detected by the antibody in the assay.
