QuantStudio™ 5 Dx 10-Dye Calibration Kit

This easy-to-use CE-IVD labeled dye calibration kit establishes the pure dye spectra and multicomponent values for FAM, VIC, ROX, SYBR , ABY, JUN, MUSTANG PURPLE, TAMRA, NED, and Cy5 dyes on the 96-well QuantStudio 5 Dx Real-Time PCR System (IVD).

The QuantStudio 5 Dx 10-Dye Spectral Calibration Kit contains the following:
• QuantStudio 5 Dx Spectral Calibration Plate 1, 96-well, 0.2 mL—contains FAM, VIC, ROX, and SYBR dyes
• QuantStudio 5 Dx Spectral Calibration Plate 2, 96-well, 0.2 mL—contains ABY, JUN, and MUSTANG PURPLE dyes
• QuantStudio 5 Dx Spectral Calibration Plate 3, 96-well, 0.2 mL—contains TAMRA, NED, and Cy5, dyes

This multiple-dye plate calibration kit enables simultaneous dye calibrations in single plates, which helps significantly reduce the effort and time required for dye calibration. In addition, the formulations of the dyes in Plate 2 help improve results with multiplexing by more accurately representing the fluorescent spectra of the respective probes found in real-time PCR experiments.
