MicroSEQ™ ID Fungal Gene Library, v2018

The MicroSEQ ID Fungal Gene Library v2018 is for use with MicroSEQ ID Microbial Identification Software v3.0 and v3.1. It contains over 1300 reference sequences from the D2 region of the Large Subunit (rDNA) of yeast and mold species against which an unknown yeast or mold sequence can be compared in order to identify the unknown organism. This library is delivered in either digital or USB format.
