TrueMark™ Enteric Bacterial Select Amplification Control I

The TrueMark Enteric Bacterial Select Amplification Control I contains a linearized multi-target plasmid with the following targets: Campylobacter jejuni, Campylobacter coli, Campylobacter upsaliensis, Salmonella spp., Shigella spp./enteroinvasive E. coli (EIEC), Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC) stx1/stx2, and Bacillus atrophaeus.

The amplification control has a concentration of 1 x 10⁵ copies/μL. It can be used as a positive control for TrueMark Enteric Bacterial Select Panel I-specific amplification or as a stand-alone sample to verify assay performance and help with troubleshooting.
