Sequence 19 loci, covering HLA (classical and non-classical), MIC genes plus the ABO gene from blood or buccal sample extracted DNA. Its exceptional design delivers consistent and reliable high-resolution results across all loci on day 2. All reagents necessary for genomic library preparation and hybrid capture enrichment are included with this high-resolution NGS genotyping assay.

  • Easily expand testing to include ABO typing with the HybriType™ ABO Flex Panel – 4 Enrichments, or maintain workflow continuity using the HybriType™ HLA Plus 18 Loci Flex Kit – 4 Enrichments when enrichment reagents run low.
