The TaqPath Menu I GeneProof Human Herpesvirus 8 (HHV-8) PCR Kit is used for the qualitative and quantitative detection of human herpesvirus 8 through real-time PCR technology. It detects dual targets, preventing a detection failure caused by the occurrence of mutations. The kit is validated for use with CSF, plasma, saliva, and whole blood (EDTA) specimens.
