Use Thermo Scientific™ TurboFlow™ Columns for automated online matrix cleanup of complex matrices analyzed on the Thermo Scientific™ Aria™ and Transcend™ TLX. Placed before the analytical column, TurboFlow sample cleanup columns enable direct injection of complex matrices such as food, plasma, urine, and other biological matrices into the mass spectrometry (MS) system without prior sample pretreatment. The patented TurboFlow column design retains compounds of interest for subsequent analysis, while complex matrices quickly and completely elute to waste.
Improve productivity
TurboFlow columns automate the many tasks traditionally performed manually, thereby eliminating the many error-prone manual steps performed for matrix cleanup that cause variability in data. As a result, this automated sample cleanup technique can improve productivity and certainty in test results.
