POROS™ GoPure™ AAVX Column

POROS GoPure AAVX chromatography columns are ready-to-use and designed specifically for use in clinical and commercial manufacturing. POROS GoPure AAVX columns are prepared and packed in an ISO Class 7 environment where all product contact materials meet USP <88> Class VI standards. Each column is accompanied by column qualification documentation including bioburden and endotoxin. Packed with POROS™ CaptureSelect™ AAVX affinity resin, POROS GoPure AAVX columns offer high specificity and capacity for a broad range of AAV viral vector serotypes over a wide range of flow rates.

Free of animal-origin components, the CaptureSelect AAVX ligand is a 12 to 15 kDa single-domain antibody fragment produced in the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
