Reactivos de lisis CellsDirect™ Superscript™ IV

The SuperScript IV CellsDirect Lysis Reagents kit includes lysis solution, stop solution, and lysis enhancer. These reagents are part of the SuperScript IV CellsDirect cDNA Synthesis Kit and are made available separately here for use when processing a large number of samples. See the SuperScript IV CellsDirect cDNA Synthesis Kit manual for protocol recommendations.

SuperScript IV CellsDirect Lysis Reagents are optimized for synthesizing first-strand cDNA directly from a mammalian cell lysate without first isolating RNA.

Features of SuperScript IV CellsDirect Lysis Reagents include:

• Ready-to-use pre-mixed cell lysis solution compatible with a variety of cell-types
• Optimized performance for 1–10,000 cells per sample; results equivalent to those from purified RNA

Note:
This procedure is optimized for a maximum of 10,000 cells per reaction. If needed, volumes can be adjusted for cell numbers greater than 10,000. Using too many cells per lysis reaction can result in incomplete lysis and/or inhibition of RT-PCR.
