Descripción

Benzyl isothiocyanate is used in a synthesis of 2-phenylpyrimidine-4-thiones from Benzoyl­acetonitrile. Benzyl isothiocyanate has been used in the preparation of S-(N-benzylthiocarbamoyl)-L-glutathione and S-(N-benzylthiocarbamoyl)-L-cysteine.

Aplicaciones
