Descripción

4-Bromobenzoyl chloride is used in the synthesis of HIV-1 protease inhibitors. It is also used in the synthesis of oxazoles, cyclohexanone derivatives as analgesic and antimicrobial agents.

Aplicaciones
El 4-cloruro de bromobencilo se utiliza en la síntesis de los inhibidores de la proteasa del VIH-1. También se utiliza en la síntesis de oxazoles, derivados de la ciclohexanona como analgésicos y antimicrobianos.

Solubilidad
Soluble en metanol. Reacciona con el agua formando Hcl.
