Anode Caps

This range of top quality Thermo Scientific™ Anode Caps for the Thermo Scientific™ ELEMENT GD™ GD-MS analyzer ensures consistent, reliable performance.

Stainless steel Anode Caps are disposable items, to avoid any carry-over from sample to sample. Graphite parts are designed to be cleaned wet chemically using mineral acids. With the handy removal tool, replacing the Anode Caps is a quick and simple process.

Anode Caps are available in the following materials and order quantities:

• Stainless steel; general purpose cap, designed for single use to avoid memory effects (50 pieces)
• Graphite uncoated; general purpose for extra-low detection limits. Can be acid cleaned with every mineral acid, including hydrofluoric acid (singles)
• Graphite PyC coated; for extra-low detection limits, especially for ppb level analysis of Boron and Phosphorous (20 pieces)
• Graphite uncoated, with 4mm orifice for small embedded samples (singles)
• Tantalum; available on request
• Tool for removing anode caps
