Description

Ethyl 4-aminobenzoate is used as an anesthetic and utilized for topical pain reliever. It is mixed with antipyrine to get A/B otic drops, which is used in the removal of earwax as well as relieve ear from pain. It exhibits analgesic and antipruritic effect mainly used for wounds, ulcers, mucosal surfaces and hemorrhoids narcotic pain. Further, it is a main constituent of anesthetic ointments. In addition to this, it is effective to toothache, sore throat, oral ulcers, hemorrhoids and anal fissure.
