Microsart™ Filter System

Carry out particulate and microbial analysis of water samples and test culture media according to ISO 11133:2014 with Microsart™ Filter System.

The Microsart™Filter System comprises of Microsart™ e.motion Dispenser and Microsart™ e.motion Membrane Filters, specially designed for use in the Microsart™ e.motion Dispenser.

All Thermo Scientific™ water testing media (e.g.PO5074A Legionella GVPC media) are tested with these filters in accordance with ISO 11133:2014 and the batch number is clearly displayed on all Certificates of Analysis (COAs).

The Microsart™ e.motion Filters are specifically designed for use with the Microsart™ e.motion Dispenser allowing simple insertion and faster exchange of filter types without having to use up a complete pack.

Microsart™ e.motion Dispenser
The membrane filters are released from their sterile packaging automatically at the touch of a button or hands-free―a dispensing operation is triggered when the optical sensor detects approaching tweezers. A foot switch can be optionally connected to the dispenser. Thanks to the dispenser’s special feed roll technology, each filter is quickly and reliably made accessible

Microsart™ e.motion Membrane Filters
The membrane filters are sterile-sealed in a format packaged on a pleated band, without protective paper. The special pleating of the band of membrane filters ensure that they are perfectly flat when dispensed. The shape of sealed band guarantees uniform dispensing of individual membrane filters.
