The TaqPath Menu I GeneProof MTHFR A1298C PCR Kit is used for the qualitative detection of A1298C polymorphism in the gene for methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) through real-time PCR technology. The kit is validated for use with whole blood specimens.
