VetMAX™ Avian Metapneumovirus Real-Time PCR Reagents

Real-time PCR is a widely used molecular biology technique for the amplification of nucleic acid targets in animal-derived samples.

This reagent set includes:

• Two reagent mixes containing oligonucleotides targeting APV A/B and APV C sequences, along with an internal process control (IPC).
• One external reference material containing APV A/B/C target sequences of the same nature as the target material (inactivated bacteria or virus) for use in workflow verification and assay performance assessment.
• One exogenous internal process control to be added during nucleic acid extraction for monitoring extraction workflow consistency.
