The Applied Biosystems™ MicroAmp™ Optical 96-Well Reaction Plate with Barcode & Optical Caps is optimized to provide unmatched temperature accuracy and uniformity for fast, efficient PCR amplification. This plate, constructed from a single rigid piece of polypropylene in a 96-well format, is compatible with Applied Biosystems™ 96-Well Real-Time PCR systems and thermal cyclers.

• Frosted to minimize interfering fluorescence from wells of cycling block
• Screened to eliminate auto-fluorescent plates
• Unique design provides a barrier to ambient air to help insure well-to-well temperature uniformity
• Each reaction plate includes a unique serialized, eight character number label (barcode) that is user-readable and machine-readable to prevent tracking errors
• MicroAmp™ Optical 8-Cap Strips included
