dNTP Mix (2.5 mM)

The same high-quality deoxynucleotide triphosphate solutions provided in the Ambion® RETROscript® First Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit for RT-PCR (SKU# AM1710). They are subject to rigorous nuclease testing as well as a functional assay to ensure high levels of incorporation. Supplied in one tube containing 0.3 mL, premixed at a concentration of 2.5 mM each.
