Dionex™ OnGuard™ II Ag Cartridges

Remove chloride, bromide, and iodide from sample matrices to improve performance of ion chromatography (IC) and facilitate trace analyses. Performed prior to IC analysis, the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ OnGuard™ II Ag Cartridge is an off-line sample preparation technique that eliminates these matrix interferences using a silver-form, high-capacity, suffocated, cation-exchange resin. Pretreat a single sample or many samples in series. Use them singly or in series, or pretreat up to 12 samples in parallel using the optional Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ OnGuard™ Sample Prep Station.

Dionex OnGuard II Ag Cartridge has a similar resin to and is often used in concert with the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ OnGuard™ II H cartridge, which removes dissolved silver and other cations. Use the Dionex OnGuard II Ag Cartridge before using the Dionex™ OnGuard II H cartridge. Also consider the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ OnGuard™ II Ag/H cartridge.
