Pierce™ Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody Coated Plates, Clear, 96-Well

Thermo Scientific Pierce Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody Coated Plates are ideal for binding assays when available antibodies are in low quantities or they denature and become inactive upon direct adsorption to polystyrene plates. These 96-well plates are clear for colorimetric assays.

Features of Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody Coated Plates:

• Prevents antibody denaturation as a result of direct binding to polystyrene
• Unlike Protein A or Protein G Plates, these plates bind only to target species
• Antibody-binding capacity is higher than direct adsorption onto polystyrene
• Pre-blocked to reduce nonspecific binding
• Binding Capacity: ∼7 pmol IgG/well
• Activation level: 100 μL/well

Because these plates are IgG-specific, purified antibodies are not required. These plates may be used for direct, indirect, competitive or sandwich assays.
