The QuantiGene Plex Mouse Immune Response Panel, 80-plex enables the study of immune function in mice by analyzing 80 RNA targets in a single well using Luminex xMAP technology in combination with branched DNA signal amplification. Analyze 80 cytokine, chemokine, and growth factor targets simultaneously for efficient immune response profiling, biomarker discovery, and validation.
QuantiGene Plex panels are extensively tested for target combinability, interference, and cross-reactivity to provide the highest level of validation and precision. This kit is not compatible with the MAGPIX instrument.
This panel is used in combination with the QuantiGene Plex Assay Kit (Cat. No. QP1013), which contains all buffers, plates, and detection reagents necessary to perform the assay in 96-well plates.
Features of the QuantiGene Plex Mouse Immune Response Panel, 80-plex include:

Panel and signal amplification technology
QuantiGene Plex assays are hybridization-based assays for the direct quantitation of RNA from cell lysates, tissue homogenates, or purified RNA. They enable the measurement of multiple targets in the same well via multiplexing.
QuantiGene Plex panels contain two components: a target-specific probe set and magnetic capture beads. The target-specific probes are used to capture the RNA of interest, and branched DNA technology then amplifies the fluorescent signals, which are read with a Luminex xMAP instrument. The fluorescent signal is directly proportional to the amount of target mRNA present in the sample. This allows for (relative) quantification of gene expression and with this specific panel enables human immune profiling. Detailed and step-by-step data analysis is facilitated by the QuantiGene Plex data analysis app.
Applications
QuantiGene Plex assay research applications include compound screening of drug candidates, biomarker verification, siRNA knockdown efficiency, prospective and/or retrospective analysis of clinical samples, microarray validation, predictive toxicology, and detection of translocations and fusion genes. In general, any multiplex gene expression analysis can be done with QuantiGene Plex assays, independent of species or sample type.
Target-specific probe set and magnetic capture beads (premixed and ready to use).
Store probe set and capture beads at 4°C.
Do not freeze the capture beads, as they can be damaged if frozen.
