Description

Run more samples with method flexibility

Run up to four times the samples while maintaining selectivity and sensitivity. By coupling with a single MS, the Prelude LX-4 MD HPLC can approach the throughput of four HPLC instruments. Multichannel optimization of four parallel HPLC channels maximizes MS utilization and improves sample throughput. Unlike traditional HPLC pumps, they do not pump when the system is idle.

Increase your confidence in results

The Prelude LX-4 MD HPLC's integrated syringe pumps design delivers accurate, reproducible flow and gradient formation. Two pumps dedicated to each channel means you'll get robust and reproducible flow, and quantitative results.

Quantitate with Robust and Reproducible Flow

To increase your confidence in quantitative results, the Prelude LX-4 MD HPLC flow path, pump designs, and instrument control software, provide accurate, reproducible flow and gradient formation.

Maximize your return on lab investments Along with increases the productivity of your LC-MS workflows, you can maximize return on valuable laboratory investments in instruments, technical staff, floor space, and the other resources needed to operate and maintain them.

Intended use

The Prelude LX-4 MD HPLC is intended to chromatographically isolate and separate analytes, such as drugs and endogenous compounds from a sample solution and introduce these separated drugs or compounds into a detector. For in vitro diagnostic use only by trained, qualified laboratory personnel.

Indications for use

The Prelude LX-4 MD HPLC will be used by clinical diagnostic laboratories as a component of a laboratory developed test (LDT) method or workflow.

Contraindications of use

For in vitro diagnostic applications only. The Prelude LX-4 MD HPLC is to be operated only with hardware or software labeled for in vitro diagnostic use.

Limitations of use The Prelude LX-4 MD HPLC is compatible with the following Thermo Fisher Scientific instruments:

  • TSQ Quantis MD Triple-Stage Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer
  • TSQ Altis MD Triple-Stage Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer

For a current list of other compatible instruments please contact the manufacturer. As a component of an LDT method or workflow, validation of the LDT method or workflow is the responsibility of the clinical laboratory.
