Fisher Scientific™ Digital thermometer with stainless-steel probe is chemically resistant to most acids, bases and solvents and may be used to measure temperature of gases, liquids, food, and other semisolids.
- Models 15-077-16, -15, -21, -8B, -29 and 14-648-46 have alarm that can be set to alert user to temperatures that exceed setpoints
- Some models (such as 15-077-16 and -15) have special features that print temperature, high/low memory and time of day; 15-077-29 thermometer has additional timer alarms
