TaqMan Array Respiratory Tract Microbiota Comprehensive Card is an efficient, easy-to-use TaqMan Array Card (48-assay format) for the characterization of key respiratory tract microbial targets through real-time PCR. This card contains TaqMan Microbial Assays for 42 microbial targets, plus Universal Extraction Organism Control (B. atropheus), Universal DNA Spike-In Positive Control (Xeno), 18s control and human RNase P RPPH1 control. Each TaqMan Array Card can be used for running 7 samples and 1 control sample.
