- Stains elastic fibers - intensely blue-black, nuclei - blue to black, collagen - red
- Made from certified dyes (when applicable)
- Kit contents: Solution I - Alcoholic Hematoxylin, Solution II - Aqueous Ferric Chloride (10%), Solution III - Iodine, Solution IV - Aqueous Ferric Chloride (2%), and Solution V - Aqueous Phloxine (0.5%)
