PEPotec™ SRM Custom Peptide Libraries

Thermo Scientific PEPotec SRM Peptide Libraries are fully synthetic custom libraries for the development of mid- to high-throughput absolute quantitation with selective-reaction monitoring (SRM) or multiple-reaction monitoring (MRM) assays. The PEPotec SRM Peptide Libraries offer great convenience and flexibility for the development of quantitative mass spectroscopy (MS) with many customizable options. The standard service supplies a suspension of at least 0.1 mg of each crude peptide housed in individual tubes in a 96-well plate format with either arginine (R) or lysine (K) as the C-terminal amino acid (other C-terminal amino acids are available). Three quality control grades are available, and optional services and peptide modifications are offered to give you the peptide libraries that fit your experimental needs.
