The Invitrogen™ Anza™ Buffer Set includes both the Anza™ Buffer (10X) and the Anza™ Red Buffer (10X). The Anza buffers are proprietary buffer forumulations for use with the Anza™ Restriction Enzyme Cloning System. All Anza restriction enzymes digest DNA to completion in 15 minutes in the Anza buffers, and all Anza DNA modifying enzymes are fully functional in the Anza buffers.
Benefits: • One buffer for all restriction enzymes—no buffer look-up • Multiple digestions simplified with a single buffer • Direct loading from digestion reaction onto gel with Anza Red Buffer • Streamlined procedures with Anza DNA modifying enzymes
The Anza 10X Buffer Set is part of the Anza Restriction Enzyme Cloning System. For more information on the system, visit www.thermofisher.com/anza.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
Is BSA present in the Anza Buffers?
As an added convenience, BSA is included in the Anza 10X Buffers and Anza 10X Red Buffers. This eliminates the need to add BSA in a separate step.
Can I store the Anza Buffers at 4 degrees C?
The Anza Buffers can be stored at 4 degrees C for at least 6 months. To maintain effectiveness through the expiration date, we recommend longer term storage of both the Anza 10X Buffer and Anza 10X Red Buffer at -20 degrees C.
