Brilliant Stain Buffer

Brilliant Stain Buffer is for use as a supplement to Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer in immunofluorescent staining protocols of cells in suspension. Brilliant Stain Buffer is only necessary when using more than one polymer dye-conjugated antibody in the same sample in order to prevent non-specific polymer interactions that can result in data appearing under-compensated. Brilliant Stain Buffer is provided in a 50 μL/test format and is compatible with traditional fluorochromes, Brilliant Violet dyes, Brilliant Ultra Violet dyes, Super Bright dyes, and standard flow cytometry protocols.

Brilliant Stain Buffer is not compatible with UltraComp eBeads and UltraComp eBeads Plus compensation beads. If using these beads as a compensation tool, Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer should be used exclusively for all dilutions and washes during staining of the microspheres.
