ED 전기화학 검출용 Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ICS-6000 Carbohydrate Removal Accessory Kit를 사용하면 인라인으로 아미노산 샘플 중 탄수화물을 제거할 수 있습니다. 이는 매뉴얼로 한 샘플 정제 과정을 없애고 신뢰할 수 있는 아미노산 정량을 가능하게 합니다. 이 키트의 시린지 펌프와 6포트 밸브는 Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ CRC Carbohydrate Removal Cartridge와 함께 작동하여 Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ AAA-Direct™ 이온 크로마토그래피 시스템에서 아미노산 샘플의 자동 전처리를 가능하게 합니다.
이 키트의 시린지 펌프와 6-포트 밸브는 Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ICS-5000+/ICS-6000 DP 듀얼 펌프 또는 Dionex ICS-5000+/ICS-6000 SP 단일 펌프 시스템 및 Dionex 탄수화물 제거 카트리지에 사용되도록 디자인되었습니다. 설치 시 시린지 펌프가 자동시료주입기에 연결되고 펌프와 Dionex™ AminoPac PA™ 10이 6포트 스위칭 밸브로 방향이 바뀌도록 Dionex AAA-Direct 시스템을 수정해야 합니다.
