Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ IonSwift™ MCC-100 and MCC-200 Monolith Cation Concentrator 컬럼을 사용하면 고순도물 분석용 초저배압 양이온을 농축시킬 수 있습니다. 범용 응용 분야에 대해서는 Dionex IonSwift MCC-100 농축기를 사용합니다. 염이 많은 기질에서 미량의 암모늄과 아민에 대한 2D-IC 분석에 대해서는 Dionex IonSwift MCC-200 Monolith Cation Concentrator Column을 사용합니다. 모노리스 양이온 교환 농축기 모두 공극 부피가 매우 낮습니다. 압축된 병, 시린지, Dionex 자동시료 주입기 및 시료 로딩용 단일 피스톤 시료 전달 펌프를 사용합니다.
물 분석의 검출 한계 10의 제곱 ∼ 10의 다섯제곱 크기로 감소
Dionex IonSwift 양이온 농축기 컬럼은 주로 고순도물 분석을 위해 설계되었습니다. 농축기 컬럼은 측정된 수용성 시료 기질 부피에서 양이온을 계속 제거하고, 이를 통해 분석물질 종이 농축되어 검출 한계가 10의 제곱 ∼ 10의 다섯제곱 크기로 낮아집니다.
