대용량 물 시료용 자동 SPE
Dionex AutoTrace 280은 대용량 물 또는 수용성 매트릭스에서 미량의 유기물을 분리하는 자동 고체상 추출(SPE) 시스템입니다. 물 분석에 U.S. EPA Method또는 SEP 시료 클린업이 필요한 기타 Method를 수행하는 실험실에 적합합니다. 시료 전처리 시스템은 자동으로 액체 매트릭스를 SPE 디스크 또는 카트리지로 넣고 대상 분석물질을 용리시켜 실험자는 단 15분만에 1회 최대 6개의 시료를 처리할 수 있습니다.
AutoTrace 280 기기는 20mL ∼ 4L의 액체 시료를 처리합니다. 시스템은 최대 다섯 개의 서로 다른 종류의 용매를 사용하여 1mL, 3mL, 6mL SPE 카트리지 또는 47mm 고체상 디스크로 구성할 수 있습니다.
