Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ IonPac™ AS15 컬럼을 사용하는 경우 Dionex IonPac AC15 Concentrator Column은 음이온 농축기 역할을 담당합니다. Dionex IonPac AC10 농축기는 4x50mm와 2x50mm, 두 가지 형식으로 제공됩니다. 2mm 형식은 마이크로보어(microbore) 시스템 사용 시 데드 볼륨을 최소화합니다.
물 분석에서 10의 제곱 ∼ 10의 다섯제곱 크기로 검출 한계를 낮춤
Dionex IonPac 및 Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ IonSwift™ 음이온 농축기 컬럼은 주로 고순도물 분석 작업에 사용됩니다. 농축기 컬럼은 수용성 샘플 매트릭스의 측정된 부피로부터 음이온을 보유하여, 이를 통해 분석물질 종이 농축되어 검출 한계가 10의 제곱 ∼ 10의 다섯제곱 크기로 낮아집니다.
올바른 농축기 컬럼 선택- 4mm Dionex IonPac AS15 컬럼: 4x50mm Dionex IonPac AC15 농축기 컬럼(공극 부피 ∼210μL, 용량 ∼9μeq/컬럼)
- 2mm와 3mm Dionex IonPac AS15 컬럼: 2x50mm Dionex IonPac AC15 농축기 컬럼(공극 부피 ∼53µL, 용량 ∼2.2µeq/column)
- 단일 피스톤형 시료 주입 펌프(Thermo Scientific Dionex AXP Auxiliary Pump)와 호환
