Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ASE™ Accelerated Solvent Extractor System용으로 설계된 Dionex ASE Prep CR 중화기는 고체 시료 가수 분해를 위한 사전 처리용으로 사용된 강 무기산 또는 염기를 중화시켜줍니다. 양이온 교환 수지는 400g 및 500g 용량의 나트륨(Na+) 또는 수소(H+) 형태로 제공됩니다.
Dionex ASE Accelerated Solvent Extractor System
Dionex ASE 시스템은 높은 온도 및 압력에서 일반적인 용매를 사용하여 고체 및 반고체 시료 매트릭스를 자동으로 추출, 여과 및 세정합니다. 저처리량 및 고처리량 시스템으로 다양한 어플리케이션에 이용할 수 있습니다.
Dionex ASE 시스템을 사용하여 분당 1-100g 크기의 시료를 추출하고 시료를 최대 24개까지 무인(unattended) 추출을 실행할 수 있습니다. 또한 다른 방법과 비교하여 50–90%까지 용매를 적게 사용할 수 있습니다. 이 화학적으로 비활성인 경로는 산 및 알칼리성 매트릭스와 용매를 지원합니다. 이러한 유연하고 작동이 쉬우며 경제적인 시스템은 U.S. EPA와 CLP 프로그램의 사용 승인을 받았습니다.
수분을 제거하고, 시료 매트릭스를 분산하고, 무기산을 중화시키기 위해 Dionex ASE 추출 셀에 다양한 제품을 추가할 수 있습니다.
