Second Strand Buffer is used with SuperScript™ cDNA Synthesis Systems to generate second-strand cDNA from mRNA in the first-strand reaction. It is supplied as a 5X concentrate and should be diluted 1:5 (1 part 5X Second Strand Buffer + 4 parts other components) prior to use.
