FreeStyle™ CHO Expression Medium

FreeStyle™ MAX System은 신속하게 높은 수율로 mammalian protein 생성을 할 수 있는 첨단 기술입니다. 이 새로운 mammalian expression 기술은 두 가지 편리한 형식으로 이용할 수 있습니다. FreeStyle™ MAX Reagent은 새로운 cationic lipid-based reagent로 FreeStyle™ cell transfection efficiency를 높이도록 만들어졌습니다. FreeStyle™ MAX Expression System은 GIBCO™ FreeStyle™ Media, FreeStyle™ MAX Reagent, FreeStyle™ CHO-S cell (또는 FreeStyle™ 293 cell)로 구성됩니다. FreeStyle™ MAX System을 사용하는데 필요한 장치는 CO2 incubator와 platform shaker, shake flask 또는 spinner culture 뿐입니다.

FreeStyle™ MAX System 특징:
• suspension culture에서 CHO와 293 cells의 transient transfection이 가능한 쉽고 빠른 프로토콜(그림 1)
• Functional proteins (mg 단위까지)과 모든 post-translational modification이 1주일 내에 완성
• FreeStyle™ serum-free medium으로 분비된 단백질 downstream purification이 간편함
• production scale-up이 가능한 확실한 프로토콜

FreeStyle™ MAX System은 시간이 많이 걸리는 stable cell line generation 과정을 1주일 large-scale functional protein production으로 대체할 수 있습니다

구성 및 보관:
FreeStyle™ 세포는 액체 질소에서 보관. FreeStyle™ MAX Reagent은 +4°C에서 보관. GIBCO™ FreeStyle™ CHO Expression Medium, FreeStyle™ 293 Expression Medium, OptiPRO™ SFM은 +2-8°C 의 어두운 곳에 보관. pCMV SPORT는 -20°C에서 보관. 권장 보관 조건에 따라 보관 시 6개월 간 안정성을 보장합니다. 보관에 대한 추가 정보는 설명서를 참조하십시오.
