DPBS (10X), no calcium, no magnesium

Dulbecco's phosphate-buffered saline (DPBS) is a balanced salt solution used for a variety of cell culture applications, such as washing cells before dissociation, transporting cells or tissue samples, diluting cells for counting, and preparing reagents. Formulations without calcium and magnesium are required for rinsing chelators from the culture before cell dissociation. Concentrated forms of Gibco™ DPBS require pH adjustment and filtration at the time of preparation (see protocol for details).

The facility is registered with the FDA as a medical device manufacturer and is certified to the ISO 13485 standard. For supply chain continuity, we offer an identical Gibco™ DPBS product made in our Grand Island facility (14200-075). This facility is registered with the FDA as a medical device manufacturer and is certified to the ISO 13485 standards.

This product is not used for in vitro diagnostic purpose in some countries.
