Thermo Scientific™ Nunc™ Cell Factory™ Accessory를 사용하면 보다 폐쇄적인 세포 배양 시스템을 필요로 하는 응용 분야 개발을 더욱 진전시킬 수 있습니다. Cell Factory 시스템의 필링(filling), 접종(inoculation), 공급(feeding) 및 수확(harvesting)과 관련된 액체 취급시 오픈 작업의 필요성을 줄이고 무균적인 메서드(aseptic method)를 지원합니다.
간편한 연결
- 어떤 Cell Factory에도 배지 백(bag)이나 튜빙 세트를 적용할 수 있음
- 세척 프로세스와 멸균 검증(validation) 최소화
- 대부분의 부속품은 감마선 조사되어 개별 포장됨(참고: 커넥터 카탈로그 번호 140099 및 173250은 감마선 조사 미적용)
- 벤팅(venting) 옵션으로 중력 또는 연동 펌프를 사용한 필링(filling) 및 수확(harvesting) 작업시 추가적인 공기 배출 가능
