피브로넥틴은 세포 관련 fibrillar matrix에서 구조 및 부착 속성을 보여주는 크기가 큰 세포 표면 혈장 단백질입니다. Fibronectin은 주요 세포 부착 분자 중 하나입니다. 소혈장 피브로넥틴은 gelatin-Sepharose에서 친수성 크로마토그래피로 혈장에서 정제하며 glycosaminoglycan을 제거하기 위해 이온교환 크로마토크래피로 다시 정제됩니다. 소혈장 Fibronectin은 여과(0.2 μm) 후 냉동건조하여 공급됩니다.
