TaqMan™ Array Mouse Immune Panel

The TaqMan™ Mouse Immune Array from Applied Biosystems™ is an efficient, easy-to-use micro fluidic card for quantitative gene expression analysis of targets known to have implications in immune response. This product is designed with 96 TaqMan™ Gene Expression Assays loaded in singletons into the array’s 384 wells and is compatible with an upgraded Applied Biosystems 7900HT Fast Real-Time PCR System. The targets include cytokines, chemokines, growth factors, immune regulators, apoptosis markers, ischemia markers, tissue-specific markers, and others including classic endogenous markers. This product is sold in 1 box of 4 cards.

The array is pre-formatted and inventoried, cost-effective, convenient and easy to use without needing expensive robotics. Results are reproducible and consistent across samples, studies, and labs —the same data quality from card-to-card and lot-to-lot — even with different operators.
