High Capacity cDNA Reverse Transcription Kit (구 High Capacity cDNA Archive Kit)는 주입 총 RNA 0.02 ∼2 μg 에서 매우 우수한 single-stranded cDNA를 추출합니다. cDNA 저장소 생성에 이상적임. High Capacity cDNA Reverse Transcription Kit는 최대 2 μg의 input total RNA을 단일 20 μl 반응에 전환시킵니다. 100 μl까지 반응을 확장시켜 단일 반응에서 10 μg cDNA 까지 생성할 수 있습니다. 생성된 cDNA는 real-time PCR, standard PCR, microarray 등 다양한 어플리케이션에 이상적입니다.

How long can I store the cDNA from my reverse transcription step?

You can store your cDNA at 2-6 degrees C for up to 24 hours. For long-term storage, store the cDNA at -15 to -25 degrees C and add EDTA to a final concentration of 1 mM to prevent degradation.

Can I order the RNase Inhibitor from the High-Capacity cDNA Reverse Transcription Kit separately?

Yes. You can order the RNase Inhibitor separately as Cat. No. N8080119.

Can one use the reagents from High Capacity RT kit to make cDNA for TaqMan MicroRNA Assay?

Yes. You can use the reagents from the High Capacity cDNA Kit PN 4368814 (without RNAse Inhibitor) or 4374966 (with RNAse Inhibitor). Make sure to use the reverse transcription primer provided from the TaqMan miRNA assay for the reverse transcription.
