Path-ID™ Multiplex One-Step RT-PCR Kit는 멀티플렉스 정량 reverse transcription PCR (qRT-PCR)에 맞게 만들어졌습니다. 이는 TaqMan® primer⁄probe set에 여러분의 RNA 샘플을 사용할 때 최대 4개 표적을 동시에 증폭시킵니다. RNA의 reverse transcription과 표적 증폭이 한 tube에서 한 번에 이루어집니다. 이 kit에는 Arrayscript™ reverse transcriptase와 AmpliTaq Gold® DNA Polymerase를 포함한 Multiplex Enzyme Mix와 buffer mix가 들어있습니다.
