Learn the fundamental skills necessary to execute and analyze a real-time PCR (qPCR) experiment and obtain successful results. The course is hosted at Thermo Fisher Scientific Training Center sites and provides professional, interactive education that includes classroom training and hands-on instruction in the laboratory. Attendees will benefit from interacting closely with fellow attendees and experienced Thermo Fisher Scientific application scientists. At the conclusion of this course, participants should be able to:
• Explain how to design and verify qPCR experiments for absolute quantification and gene expression applications
• Evaluate critical experimental parameters
• Set up and run reactions
• Obtain, interpret, and troubleshoot final data
• Discuss various applications that are compatible with qPCR technology
• Use Thermo Fisher Cloud to analyze and share data
