MagniSort™ Human Hematopoietic Lineage Depletion Kit

The MagniSort™ Human Hematopoietic Lineage Depletion Kit is designed for the magnetic depletion of lineage positive cells from normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The kit utilizes a biotinylated antibody cocktail and streptavidin-coated magnetic beads. Undesired cells, including T cells, B cells, NK cells, myeloid cells, granulocytes, and red blood cells, are bound by antibody and then magnetic beads that, when placed in a magnetic field, leave lineage negative cells untouched and free in solution.
