• Easy-to-use—simply peel away the foil top lid, remove the components and provide donor with the collection cup
• After sample collection, 30mL of urine is poured into the first transport vial and 15mL into the second vial, close the hinged lid until it snaps
• Place vial in front pocket of specimen bag and completed requisition in the rear pocket
• Remove the blue release liner on the bag and fold flap over the pockets to seal
