The DS-33 GeneScan Install Kit Dx with GeneScan 600 LIZ Size Standard v2.0 Dx consists of pooled PCR products labeled with 6-FAM, VIC, NED, and PET dyes. To generate the pooled products, CEPH individual 1347-02 genomic DNA is amplified with eight fluorescent PCR primer pairs, which amplify selected microsatellite loci (as listed in the package product insert). The kit also contains a tube of GeneScan 600 LIZ Size Standard v2.0 Dx (Cat. No. A25794).

Each kit contains four tubes of GeneScan Installation Standard DS-33 and one tube of GeneScan 600 LIZ size standard v2.0 Dx.

Store the kit at -15 to -25°C until ready to use. Upon thawing, store the GeneScan 600 LIZ Size Standard v2.0 tube at 2°C to 8°C.
