The JetFlex™ Genomic DNA Purification Kit is designed for rapid and efficient purification of genomic DNA (gDNA) from blood, body fluids (amniotic fluid, saliva, sperm, lymph), mammalian cells, tissues, plant tissues, bacteria, and yeast. Its single-tube technology allows for isolation of high quality, high molecular weight, RNA-free gDNA without the use of spin columns of a vacuum manifold.

Key benefits include:
• Large volume processing of 2 mL of whole blood or other body fluid
• Capable of processing:
– 2 x 107 mammalian cells
– 10 mg of tissue
– 500 μL bacterial culture
– 2 x 108 cells/mL yeast culture
• Simple protocol that does not require columns or vacuum manifolds
