POROS™ GoPure™ 50 HS Pre-packed Column, 0.8 x 10 cm, 5 mL

POROS GoPure 0.8 cm pre-packed columns are intended for the screening of POROS affinity, ion exchange, and hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) resins or for small scale purification.

These pre-packed columns are ready to connect and have the following features:

The POROS HS 50 μm resin (Cat. No. 1335906) in this POROS GoPure column has a sulphopropyl functional group for strong cation exchange chromatography.
